Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we wished we had planned to stay longer. Only a small drive away from most activities in Rotorua while also being well away from that famous sulfur smell. No fuss check in and not a long list of instructions for departure

Amazing location - right on lake with walkway /cycle track by lake . Kids loved kayaking and swimming . Not far into town and activities . Great amenities - bbq - dishwasher - washing machine - kayaks - life jackets . We had a great family weekend 😁
