Wat een heerlijk plekje. Mooi uitzicht over het meer, grote tuin en hele fijne spa! Binnen is het enorm ruim, we hebben een super tijd gehad. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor alles wat er te doen is in Rotorua. De host was hulpvaardig en reageerde super snel.

Die moderne, helle, geräumige Einrichtung und die tolle Lage direkt am See!
Leider waren der Grill und die Bratpfannen total verdreckt. Den Grill haben wir dann geputzt damit wir ihn überhaupt benutzen konnten; Spiegeleier zum Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht machen da die Bratpfannen nicht benutzbar waren….

The property was clean. The views are lovely and if you have time to use the extra facilities like the hot tub, fire pit and kayak you would love it.
The location was very far out of town. The sink in the second bathroom is so small that it is virtually non-functional. when you use it water goes all over the floor no matter how careful you are. Because of flies, the owner advises not to open the windows and/or doors at night. The second bedroom doesn't get any air from the air conditioning, so without outside air it gets quite hot and stuffy. If there were screens on the sliding doors, you could open them without the fly problem, but there aren't any. It's a bit small for 4 adults.
