Struttura molto bella e moderna, nuova e elegante con vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio libero ma non privato.
Abbiamo alloggiato in 3, la camera era spaziosa ed essenziale con un bel balcone con vista direttamente sul mare. La doccia è spettacolare, enorme! Il bagno invece è separato, perfetto per ottimizzare i tempi.
Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro di Rethymno centro, un po’ lunga la strada per arrivarci a piedi.
Purtroppo non era presente neanche uno specchio grande, se non quello del bagno.
Eravamo in 3 e c’erano solo 2 sedie quindi se decidi di mangiare in casa è un po’ scomodo anche per via del tavolo piccolino.

Chambre très confortable, que ce soit la literie ou la taille du lit, spacieuse on peut facilement disposer nos affaires. La cuisine et le frigo avec un compartiment congèle sont pratiques. La salle de bain est pratique avec le toilette et lavabo d’un côté et la douche de l’autre. Belle terrasse avec vue sur le couché du soleil. 3 places de parking devant l’immeuble et quelques stationnements aux alentours. Emplacement à 15 minutes du centre-ville, des commerces et restaurants. Le rooftop est appréciable pour les couchers de soleil. Le ménage global est très bien de bonne qualité. Le fait de ne pas avoir de clé est vraiment agréable. Hôte réactif qui recommande des bonnes adresses.
Manque d’équipements : gel douche (uniquement du shampooing), pas de poivre, ni de sel, ni huile d’olive, pas de fer à repasser, vaisselle limitée
Je recommande d’aménager le rooftop avec des chaises, tables, transats et peut être même une piscine ou un jacuzzi.
Vue depuis la terrasse altérée par un poteau électrique et la maison d’en face (photo de l’annonce était la terrasse du 3ème étage nous étions au 1er)

Struttura nuova, arredata con cura, letto alto e spazioso, angolo cottura fornito di macchina del caffè, bollitore e tostapane e altre poche cose per cucinare. Ho apprezzato tantissimo di aver trovato la spugna nuova per i piatti. Balconcino privato con stendino per i costumi.
Aria condizionata presente e funzionante.
Self check-in comodo e intuitivo.
Parcheggio disponibile se non davanti la struttura ma comunque nelle vicinanze.
Vicinanza al centro, noi abbiamo sempre utilizzato l’auto.
Non ci sono appendiabiti per le asciugami in bagno o nella stanza, non vi alcun gancio per appendere qualcosa. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Nella doccia la finestra non ha oscurante alle 6 di mattino entra piena luce nella stanza. Poltrona inutile in camera, ma assenza di un tavolino per poter anche far colazione, in balcone c’è ma bisogna portarlo dentro perché al mattino è esposto in pieno sole. Al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto in modo specifico le modalità del cambio asciugami e il servizio pulizia. Purtroppo ho dovuto scrivere e insistere per avere entrambi, peccato.

The only thing I liked was the view from the room balcony
I was expecting a 2 rooms space and it was just 1 space for 4 people. Also I was expecting to have parking space but there were 3 slots available for 7-8 rooms (I dont know the exact number). No host just Whatup messages and Viber which were blocked as phishing attempts. Very poor communication. Also it is mentioned as near to city location while you have to be very athletic to cope with the hill walk. No you cannot walk to the city.
