VIVIAN Art Apartments

The sea view apartment is great and the view is beautiful. Easy to find parking. The apartment has washing machine and iron with ironing board. Wi-Fi connection.

No hand soap and the ventilation was noisy. Hot water is limited so be efficient when taking showers.

Very nice and clean appartment a bit outside of the city centre. There's a busstop down the hill to get to the centre. Nice view from the balcony and very spacious. I liked that there's a washing machine and the kitchen is well equipped.

You have to walk up a steep hill with your luggage to get there. In the summer heat that was a bit tough.

Great views, really a place to forget about everything, amazing for a breakfast with a view. The apartment in general is nice, we just had some minor issues and we didn't like how they managed to solve them (or not managed at all)

To sum up, i booked this place as forecast predicted cold weather (march with minimun temperatures between 5 and 8 Degrees) and it was said that it had heater, also because of Wifi. Heater was not on and the people i spoke with, told me that owner said "fuel tank is empty and i am not gonna refill it" they suggested to use the AC. Of course we tried, remote control was not working as it had corroded batteries, we solved the issue and asked for new batteries. Besides, switching on the AC would help if room door would be permanently opened, but if someone is inside sleeping, the living room/kitchen would not receive the heat from it. I also asked for some silicone as the shower screen had a hole and after the shower, bathroom would look like a pool, all the floor full of water (for sure nothing to clean it). They passed by during the second day and switched on the AC like "hey, it works", and for sure they didnt fix the shower they just gave us more towels to dry it. I had to text and call again (third time) to ask for new batteries for AC and some silicone to fix the shower. They told me that a plumber should go, to which my response was that there was no need to call a plumber, just some silicone and 2 minutes work,... they asked me if i had some silicone to fix it. At the end we put a plastic bag to solve it. Also on Thursday we spent the whole morning without internet (and we had to work). Besides, cleaning is every 6 days if i'm not wrong, ( which is excessive) and there are no broom and mop in case you want to clean by yourself.
