Le sauna, la Clim dans la chambre. Petit plus, à l’angle de la rue une magnifique laverie.
Le bain à remous est qu’une personne.

Petit appartement cosy, confortable et agréable, idéal pour un weekend cocooning avec les équipements balnéo et sauna dans la salle de bain. Proximité de plein de commerces pour se restaurer (boulangerie, restaurants), stationnement facile. Accès en autonomie.

Appartamento grande ed elegante con una bellissima zona spa. Soggiorno/cucina attrezzata con tutti i confort, camera con letto comodo. Il bagno è la vera chicca, con una bellissima vasca idromassaggio e una sauna. Tutto pulito e ordinato. Parcheggio gratuito dietro la casa o in strada. Ci sono le istruzioni sia per l’idromassaggio che per la sauna e il proprietario consiglia anche dei posti dove andar a cenare. Per fortuna c’era un ventilatore, a breve ci sarà il condizionatore. A 5 minuti in macchina dal centro di Roanne. Silenzioso.
Nel bagno mancano alcuni appendi asciugamani e consiglio un paio di tappetini in piú perché con la vasca e la doccia aperta si allaga facilmente. Manca l’asciugacapelli! Da mettere sopratutto vista la presenza della vasca idromassaggio
