quiet and comfortable bed.

very difficult to find, it is not a hotel, and the apartment is in the attic and very dark and on the shabby side. it would be a good deal for a group travelling on a tight budget. Painting the apartment white instead of dark brown and other gloomy colours would do a lot to make cheerier.

Cheap , good and easy access and for my first time booking it all went well .

it was cheap and easy acces , wifi and easy to contact the owner . not privat parking but no problem to park before it and close to the harbour what was nice to walk around .

a few things needs fixing tho , easy things what would make the place really good plus he needs to complain to the cleaning crew , they put a dirty mug in the cupboard and a glass wasn't clean also , cooking plate wasn't cleaned either .plus he needs to tell them to clean the drain from the bathroom ... and the toiletrol holder will come of very soon to ;) . btw , a small railing is realy needed to get into the bedroom . one light when i left could not go of ,the switch i think is faulthy .

Not ever again

This is not a pleasant place to stay. The furniture is old and outdated. Not very clean. Better for students, than older adults. The pictures are not very clear about the apartment you are staying in. Our apartment was down a dark hallway and up a flight of stairs. No parking on premise, just an open field across the street. The price is cheap, but so is the apartment.

New paint, more lights, remodel the kitchen, update furniture, more electrical plugs. In fact, the whole apartments needs to be reconstructed before continuing with Booking.com. Simply not up to their standards. Or, maybe Booking.com is slipping with their choices.

Unsafe

I arrived late at night (10pm). The area looked unsafe with groups of young men standing in front of large caravans. This did not instill me with confidence; nor did the entrance to the building look safe down a long corridor and up some external stairs. I left a message with the owner who eventually called me back. I advised him I was going to cancel the booking due to the above and drove off. The hotel is now refusing to refund the cost of the room. I am raising a formal complaint

Never to be repeated at that property.

The location of the property for access to shopping and restaurants. The shower. The location of the apartment was dismal and certainly not as expected from promotional material, as displayed on Booking.com site.

Just about everything from the dirty coffee mug to the lack of hanging space/wardrobe in either bedroom, only on the back of a door. Electric radiator falling off the wall The water patches above the bed in room 2 and also in the bathroom. Office furniture in bedrooms instead of a wardrobe or a dressing table. The only room with a mirror was the bathroom and not full length! Unable to lock toilet door. NO Information Pack. One and a half hours to setup wifi and tv and no Channel One on tv.

When you enter in this apartment you can already notice how deteriorated it is. The floor., furnitures, doors, kitchen hardware, coffee machine, kettle, sofa...all is old and not really clean. . In the bathroom you don't have room to swipe your body after shower and you need to go in the corridor. In the kitchen all the furniture is very old and not clean. That place is not safe for lonely girls and ladies, the staff open your door without telling you before and come in your privacy.There is no respect at all. I have had to change the front door lock to make sure there are not unwanted visitors to disturb your wife and kid in the meantime you are at work! Though there is the lockdown because of the Covid we could hear by night many people playing night party upstairs until 4:00 am.in the morning.

The apartment was smelly, unkept and pretty dirty. We were cyclists and so came and went. If I had booked this place for more family members, including my wife, it would have been a disaster!

Magnifique pour revoir neveux, et famille, et nous laissant de super souvenirs en tête ;)

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, et mr Chouati a été très réactif à nos demandes. J'avais besoin d'un sèche cheveu, celui ci m'en a rapporté un neuf !, et nous sommes allés choisir nos draps qui manquaient !

Le lit deux personnes de la "salle à manger" etait une pièce passante, donc c'était très gênant de passer dans une "chambre" où dort un couple.... Par ailleurs le deuxième appartement où nous avons logé, la vaisselle était très grasse et avons dû tout relaver. Mr Chouati nous a présenté des excuses pour ce désagrément, qui aurait dû être géré par la femme de ménage.

L'emplacement au calme

La literie un peu défoncée et surtout l'oreiller trop gros et très dur. A 2h de matin, ne dormant pas j'ai enlevé l'oreiller mais je n'ai guère mieux dormi par la suite.

Bien, si on retourne à Roanne on sait où on ira héberger sans problème

L'emplacement, le calme, places pour se garer, pas de circulation bruyante, simple d'accès. Organisation d'arrivée : avoir bien reçu un message le jour J pour nous rappeler notre venu, nous informer du code pour récupérer les clés avec les indications. Tout en souhaitant un bon séjour. Et on a croisé le propriétaire donc un moment d'échange c'est toujours agréable.

On a passé que une nuit et tout c'est bien passé, le logement était comme indiqué donc rien à redire. Si ce n'est que peut être il faudrait indiquer sur le site que les draps et serviettes sont dans la prestation.

Bien para dos personas

El piso estaba limpio, es cómodo y cuenta con una habitación, una cocina muy completa y un baño. La habitación es agradable y grande, con televisión. Ubicado a unos 5 min caminando del centro de la ciudad, a orillas del río Loire.

El único problema es que éramos 3 y que no había ropa de cama para la tercera persona. El sofá se convierte en cama sin problema pero no había ni funda para el edredón, ni almohada ni sábana. No sabemos si fue un error o un olvido. Para instalar el sofá hay que mover la mesa de la cocina y ya no se puede acceder al armario.

Très bien placé, à deux pas du centre ville et sur les bords de la Loire.

Appartement médiocre : traces dans les WC à l'arrivée, mobilier très vieux et mal entretenu, traces sur les draps, appartement humide (traces d'humidité au plafond), si vous voulez cuisiner, passez votre chemin : la cuisine a la largeur d'un couloir, sol qui s'affaisse, impossible de fermer les volets correctement, radiateur dans une chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, bac de douche à moitié bouché s'évacue mal. Mis à part une localisation au top, je ne recommande pas.
