In the heart of a village in the Montagne Bourbonnaise region, this former workshop has been carefully renovated and decorated. Traditional materials, exposed stone, and wood, combined with contemporary décor, create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a family holiday.
On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a large open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining room, and lounge area opening onto the terrace. There is also a WC.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed), one bedroom (with two single beds), and a shower room/WC. The property features electric heating, a garden with a lawn, and a carport. The lake at St Rémy Sur Durolle is 20 km away. Cross-country skiing is available at Lavoine, 8 km away. Vichy is 31 km away, and Ferrières sur Sichon is 8 km away.
The cottage's advantages: bed linen is provided, but beds are not made up.
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
