The location was good for me and easy enough to find. Having a parking space was a real bonus. Facilities were all there and convenient. Shower was also good and easy to use. It was quiet and neighours do not impinge.
I realise it was very hot so the shutters had to be shut but not having any daylight, particular in the bedroom was a real downside.
I did not remember reading that there would not be any towels - luckily I had one in the car so was able to use that. Perhaps this should be made more obvious.
