I booked accommodation through Booking, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the accommodation wasn't clean and that there was a mattress placed on a two-seater sofa, which did not meet my expectations at all. Furthermore, the other rooms were not ready as planned, and I noticed the absence of a smoke detector, which is unacceptable in terms of safety. What added to my frustration was the response from the owner or whoever was in charge. I tried to explain the issues I encountered, but instead of attempting to resolve the problems, I was treated unpleasantly. I was even labeled as aggressive, which is not at all how I expressed my concerns. Overall, my stay in this accommodation was a dreadful experience. I expected better when booking through Booking, and I am disappointed with how things unfolded. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation to other travelers.

Great stay very helpful host!

It was 37 degrees when we stayed at this apartment, it is a lovely and clean and a great safe place. There was no aircon which was hard in the heat but the host kindly brought us a fan on the 2nd day.

Ideal place to stay when you want to explore Vichy and have a car you need to park safely

The apartment was very modern and clean, well laid out and well equipped. We loved the little coffee machine and the fact that we could park our car in the courtyard of the hotel. The location is right by the train station and ideal for exploring Vichy on foot. It's a lovely town and we would have loved to stay another day.

We stayed on a Saturday night and the adjacent bars were playing music late into the night. Although we were on the top floor and the apartment building itself was quiet, the outside noises were causing quite a disturbance to our sleep. I guess weekdays or a Sunday may be much quieter.

Super convenient for train station, nicely decorated, good kitchen and eating space, check in easy and efficient (lock box with combo, no staff on site).

Bed not very comfy. Noisy at night, but given the location that is inevitable.

I can't recommend this apartment

Nicely renovated apartment. And parking inclusive. Easy key transfer. Location was central.

Big party taking place in the bar or club downstairs with loud music until 03:00 in the morning. I paid for a place to sleep bit I could not sleep! When I told the administrator he proposed that call the french police in Vichy! I do not speak french and the Police does not speak English. It was a very embarrassing call. The apartment is on the fourth floor!!! 4. No lift. I got a message after arriving explaining this important fact. The apartment is extremely hot as it is the last under the roof. No AC and no possibility to open windows since very loud on the street. All together I paid for a place to rest and got no rest!

Clean cozy flat. Fully equipped kitchen. Table with 2 chairs. Good illumination. Towels and bed linen provided. Comfortable bed. Parking available. Clear instructions for self check-in.

TV didn't work (all channels showed 'without signal' informational message). Creaking floors. I spent 5 minutes trying to close the room's door (you need to lift the handle for the key to turn). Parking places are quite narrow. Room on second floor without lift.

Close to center and train, obviously- comfy apartment but lift and lights need repair.

Room was comfy and well appointed with necessities.

First off, it’s directly across from the train station, so noisy at night. Lift was not working so 4th floor apartment meant 5 flights of creaky wooden steps IN THE DARK as no hall lights are working either. 36 degrees temp was torture carrying bags up to top floor. Parking in rear was good but white security gate did not close and path to car and parking area was pitch black. Front door at street, facing the train station, was unlocked all night- safety concerns, but fortunately Vichy was a very safe place at night. Cooler unit in apartment not affective with hot temps. Fan were great and necessary.

Modern renovated units close to the train station and city center with a possibilty to park a car

. + Clear and complete instructions on checkin, checkout, etc., overal clarity of what to expect and the communication from the host in general + Parking in the yard (and we've been travelling with a van) + Fast wifi + The location close to the city center... and Le Binche :) + Trash bins inside the yard + Basic equipment in the kitchenette such as the nespresso coffee maker and a small fridge and kettle, good for a short stay but certainly not for a month of living + Fully working renovated shower only missing a place to keep the shower gel or soap + There is a dance club downstairs but the noise is honestly not any bad unless you want to sleep with an open window but I'd not recommend that anyway as there are like 10 aircon compressors just few meters from the window + The lady who helped us stop the traffic to get into the narrow yard entry although we didn't know who was she :)
