Korter asub turvalises rajoonis, kus auto võib jätta tänavale parkima. Majas on vaikne ka päeval, koridor puhas ja korteris kõik vajalik söögi tegemiseks olemas.
Mitte meeldivaid olukordi ei olenud, kõik oli OK.

Vaikne asukoht, parkimine maja ees tasuta
Minu ainukene mure oli võtmekarbi kood, mida on raske sisestada kui pole prille kaasas, numbrid võiks olla teist värvi. Aga muus osas mega ilus korter, hubane. Peatusin teist korda seal ja kui Tartu satun ning korter vaba, siis ikka valime selle.
