The cleaner I met at the door was very friendly, and even took the time to show me to my room. The place has clearly had effort and thought put into the interior decoration. Location is very central.
NOTE: Be aware that if you book the double room rather than an apartment, access to a shower in one of the other rooms needs to be negotiated with the manager via message and phone calls. This was not clear from the listing. Second, while the interior design has received a lot of attention, other more basic things need work. For example, the doors require a good deal of strength to open and close, and the locks may not work all the time.

Very cosy apartment. Big enough living room with all basic needs in the kitchen. Good location.

Booked property on the spot.
It was not a proper bedroom—the room used to be a hairdressing salon and the “window” was a glass door that led to the street outside and was locked shut. It was airless at night. Walls were paper thin. No shower, only shared toilet and sink. Parking was not clearly marked and even after I asked the owner where to park, by mistake I parked in a neighbor’s spot, who was very annoyed.
