Fortuuna 5 Apartment

The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location: the nearest well-stocked grocery store and bus station are only a 5-minute walk away, and Town Hall Square is just 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment is quiet because it faces the inner courtyard, with tall trees right outside the windows. It also has an exceptionally large balcony, which is a particularly pleasant place to spend time during the summer. The kitchen is well equipped, with a good stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, and a French press. The bed is comfortable, and although the room is quite small it feels spacious and airy even for three people. Check-in was also very convenient.

The shortcomings of this apartment were mostly small details, but during a 3 night stay, those little things start to matter. There was no coffee in the coffee container, no cooking oil for preparing meals, no sharp knife for cutting food, no oven glove for handling hot dishes, no mirror in the hallway (the bathroom mirror was too high for a child), and no small table next to the bed for personal items. The kitchen table had one stool only and we brought table and stools from the balcony to eat together. We ended up using a separate bag for sorting waste because only one trash bag had been provided and there were no extras. The shower cabin wall looked dull due to old water stains. There were also red prohibition signs visible here and there throughout the apartment. In short, this apartment could be made much more comfortable and cosy with relatively little effort, because its location and layout are truly excellent.

Tähän asuntoon olen palannut jo 8 vuoden ajan. Asunto on lyhyen kävelyn päässä vamhasta kaupungista ja palveluista, silti rauhallinen. Helteellä mukavan viileä iso parveke. Hinta-laatusuhde tosi hyvä. Ovikoodi iso plussa, et tarvitse avaimia.

Ovikoodin myöhässä tuleminen. Asunto kaipaa myös pientä korjailua, vaikka onkin toimiva ja siisti.

Asukoht on väga hea, parkimine üle tee ja tasuta, vaiksus öösel. Rõdu.

Enne saabumist tunne, et toas ei olnud koristust: ruumide nurkades oli mustus, köögivalamusse oli jäetud määrdunud lusikas, vannitoa valamus oli kasutatud salvrätik. Põhivoodi raamilaud on katki, uks pool lebas põranda peal, teravad naelad püsti - lastega ei tahaks seda näha. Lasteevoodi ei saa sulgeda.
