I don’t recommend this place for families or anyone who values a good night’s sleep.

The apartment looked relatively new, was clean, and had good amenities (but no AC or fan).

AC or fan or anything else is very much required. It was very hot at night. But the biggest issue was the neighborhood. It was dirty with trash on the streets, smelled bad, and seemed full of shady characters. It was also extremely noisy, with construction starting early every morning right under my window, so I couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep even once.

Good accomodation, not ideal area

The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities listed. Check in and out went smoothly, and the hosts were very helpful with all queries. The location in relation to Paris centre was excellent, with the option of two train stations within a 5 minutes walk, allowing access to the city centre in 20 minutes.

The area seemed quite unsafe and was uncomfortable as a group of women travelling. However, there were all the necessary local facilities such as grocers, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und die Betten und auch die Schlafcouch waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung ist für ein kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Auch die Sauberkeit war gut. Wir waren mit dem Apartment zufrieden.

Die Lage ist leider keine wirklich schöne was das Klientel angeht. Wir waren zu dritt dort (3 Frauen) und es war sehr unangenehm nachts von der Metro zurück ins Apartment zu laufen… dazu war es Nachts sehr laut draußen. Also auszusetzen gibt es nur was an der Lage das Apartment war super.

À notre arrivée, la déception a été immédiate. Le logement était dans un état de saleté inacceptable : poussière partout, cheveux et poils exposés, table non nettoyée, literie tachée et douteuse.Le linge fourni était dans un état lamentable, ce qui est impensable pour un lieu censé accueillir des voyageurs. Le pire reste la présence massive de cafards, y compris dans la douche. Se laver tout en voyant des insectes courir autour de soi est une expérience que personne ne devrait vivre, surtout dans une location touristique. J’ai eu peur de ramener ces nuisibles chez moi, ce qui m’a causé énormément de stress. Les parties communes (bien que non sous la responsabilité directe de la propriétaire) étaient elles aussi dans un état déplorable, avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Nous avons naturellement voulu annuler notre séjour dès la première nuit, d’autant plus que nous étions avec un enfant. Mais la propriétaire a refusé toute négociation et a même empêché l’annulation auprès de Booking, malgré les nombreuses preuves (photos à l’appui) que je lui ai transmises. Pour elle, tout semblait "normal". Aucune empathie, aucune volonté de trouver une solution, aucune réaction appropriée. Elle ne répondait jamais de façon claire aux messages, toujours à côté de la plaque. On sent très clairement qu’elle n’est là que pour l’argent, sans le moindre respect pour ses locataires. Je déconseille vivement ce logement. Il est sale, malsain et mal géré. Protégez-vous et évitez cette mauvaise expérience.

VALE A PENA

O apartamento é bonito, bem equipado, ideal para famílias com crianças. Há brinquedos e algum espaço pra brincar. Tudo novo e limpo. Embora o prédio e a localidade tenha aparência descuidada/SUJA, quando você entra no apartamento percebe que vale a pena. É próximo de estação de trem, metrô e parada de ônibus. Tem mercado perto que é organizado e bem completo. O bairro é comercial e movimentado a noite, mas não há barulho no apartamento. O isolamento acústico e térmico é perfeito. Para nós do nordeste brasileiro, o frio no apartamento não foi um problema. O acolhimento é sensacional. A sensação é de chegar na casa de um familiar. RECOMENDO.

Insgesamt ein Top Wochenende in Paris in angenehmer Unterkunft

Alles hat super geklappt. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin perfect und nett. Wohnung sehr sauber mit guter Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum.

Nur drei Wassergläser für vier Personen sind wenig, haben dem Aufenthalt aber nicht geschadet ✌️
