Beautiful, charming, convenient to our boat.

Scott & Shannagh were very warm and welcoming hosts! There are detailed touches in the cabin (cozy socks, books, extra bedding for the pullout couch if needed, fridge, coffee & coffee cups, cotton pads in the bathroom, and more!). The cozy cabins are in a stunning area with a view of the lake and mountains. The location is great as there are exceptional hikes and other activities (like kayaking) in the area. Serene, peaceful, quiet...a wonderful retreat!
We knowingly visited in the off-season and the restaurant was not open, so it was worth planning ahead for dining options. Scott & Shannagh recommended some places in town for dinner & we were not disappointed!

The host misunderstood an email request and as a result rudely admonished us for showing up late to pick up our food from him.
