We felt like locals living in a Parisian apartment in a great location. The owner delivered breakfast to us every morning and checked in our needs regularly. It was really appreciated!
The only negatives were no elevator or air conditioning, but these are not common in most of Paris.

The breakfast Marion provided for us was very nice. The location was up three floors of stairs which was good for us, but make sure you can carry your bags up!
Location was 10-15 minutes walk from the train and 15-20 minutes from the Louvre, with lots of eating options nearby. Our host Marion was lovely, and super helpful with anything we asked or needed.

Удобная просторная квартира в парижском стиле, очень уютная, по всей квартире размещены настольные светильники и торшеры, удобные кровати, на кухне есть все необходимое, в жару есть несколько вентиляторов, хозяйка квартиры всегда на связи, советует интересные места Парижа и каждое утро приносит на завтрак круассаны. Квартира находится в хорошем районе, в центре Парижа, недалеко от метро, рядом много магазинов и кафе

Tiny but very cosy and fully equipped apartment. It is decorated with taste and has confortable beds. The neighbourhood is lovely and centric. You have metro station, restaurants, bakeries , 2 supermarkets and a venue with live music nearby. The host Marion is very polite and helpful. She brought us tasty fresh breakfast from the bakery every morning. We had a wonderful stay
