The place was small but cosy and was well arranged. We chose it mainly bcs it had a washing machine and was quite affordable. The bathroom was also tiny but had everything you need (albeit, if you are plus size person maybe it wouldn’t be so convenient). The shower curtain was visibly used but clean and the shower itself had seen better days but was also clean. In general, it was quite affordable and good value for the money. We had a good contact with the owner. No problems at all.
The building and the courtyard were a bit like from a Soviet horror movie and smelled bad but if you’re adventurous and get past that, the apartment is in a good contrast to its surroundings 🙂

Hübsch gemachtes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unproblematisch und man kann wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Haus, in dem das Apartment ist, befindet sich in einem fragwürdigen Zustand. Das Apartment an sich ist aber schön. Der Bettbezug hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Отличная локация в лучшем районе Алматы. В этом же доме кафе с демократичными ценами, в соседнем доме магазины с продуктами и сувенирами. В пешей доступности большой парк и станция канатной дороги на Кок-Тобе. Владелец апартаментов всегда на связи.
Незначительные недочеты есть, но они перекрываются соотношением цена/качество.

Тараканы в квартире. Их было не сильно много, но впечатление подпортило
