Convenient location to visit Grosseto. Staff communicated well, was available, and very helpful, also checked in to make sure all was good. Check in and out was no problem. Clean, comfortable and has all you need for short and longer visits. Recommend!
All was great! Recommend! It may matter to some that you will get music from the restaurant nearby, but not late into the evening.

Rosi ‘APT in Grosseto. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was fantastic — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the center. Everything was within easy walking distance.
The café downstairs was a true highlight, serving exceptional coffee and delicious food. It made every morning special.
Overall, it was an outstanding stay and truly one of the best accommodations ever. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
