Garten / Pool Anlage war super, Supermarkt in der Nähe, ca. 20 min zu Fuß ins Altstadt, sehr nette Inhaberin, hat uns immer alles zu Verfügung gestellt, was wir gebraucht haben.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, zum Strand sind es ca. 25-30min mit dem Auto.
2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten(bequem). Bad mit Badewanne, großes Wohnzimmer und Küche. Die Ausstattung besteht zum Teil aus modernen und zum Teil aus alten restaurierten Möbelstücke. Das fanden wir sehr schön.
Manche Pfannen war sehr verbrannt, anscheinend wussten viele Gäste vor uns nicht, wie man Induktionskochplatten benutzen soll.
Manche stellen hat die Putzfrau übersehen.

De locatie is een zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen richting zee of binnenland. Winkels zijn binnen loopafstand.
Het huis zelf had alles wat je nodig had voor een uitstekend verblijf. De communicatie verliep vlot, de host is zeer vriendelijk, het overhandigen van de sleutels verliep probleemloos. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan en zullen niet twijfelen er opnieuw te verblijven als we Grosseto nog eens aandoen.
Een minpuntje (volledig niet in de macht van de host) is dat de buren luidruchtige honden hebben.

The apartment is well furnished, very clean with secure parking.
Has everything you need for a week’s stay and there is a well stocked supermarket within 100 metres.
We didn’t really like the waterproof / stain cover on the mattress.
The apartment is also not in the best part of town and you need a car really to go anywhere.

The appartment was absolutely fantastic. Freshly renovated and decorated with antique furniture.
Ilaria is a very nice person, generous with great recommendations for restaurant in and around Grosseto.
Stayed with friends and shared the 2 beautiful bedrooms, with super confortable bed.
And the sweet touch, a welcome basket from the owner with a bottle of wine and limoncello!
