The ease of parking. Enough space and directly in front of the apartment.
The apartment was spacious so very comfortable for 3 adults!
The second bathroom was very useful as the 3rd adult did not have to wait.
It was clean.
The location was good too.
4 capsules of coffee for 3 adults for a 3 day stay! Especially when in Italy known for its coffee would have felt more welcoming to have sufficient capsules of coffee for that machine.
In fact a dry snack -cookies or something salty like nuts, lying in the kitchen would have been nice!

Our stay was really nice and as expected much more practical than staying in a hotel for 10 x nights. Super comfortable and extremely spacious with a full working kitchen with cooking utilities. The apartment was quiet and warm and everything worked as it should. The parking was perfect, immediately out in front of the apartment. Location was close to the new large shopping centre (walkable) but far enough away not to attract traffic or pedestrian noise. The TV covered all channels and all the popular apps were available. Wifi was consistently fast with a strong signal throughout the villa.
Everything was fine apart from a couple of days of cold wet weather.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto vivibile e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare e viverlo al meglio.
I doppi servizi un valore aggiunto.
