Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i przytulne mieszkanie. Gospodarze mili i pomocni. W okolicach dużo restauracji, barów, lodziarni. Blisko stacji kolejowej, można podejść na piechotę. Niedaleko do przystanku autobusu jadącego nad morze. Gospodarze tak mili, że pożyczyli nam parasol plażowy. Bardzo polecamy na kilkudniowy pobyt w Grosseto.
Brak klimatyzacji w salonie (na szczęście i co najważniejsze była w sypialni, ale ponieważ byliśmy czteroosobową rodziną, to dwie osoby spały w salonie).

The Nest liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Grossetto, ein schöner, authentischer Standort - mit sehr hilfsbereiten und sympathischen Gastgebern. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung eignet sich durchaus auch für längere Aufenthalte, und die zentrale Lage bietet sich bestens an, die Gesamtregion Maremma zu erkunden. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist kostenfreies Parken stressfrei möglich.

Scarico doccia otturato, segnalato prontamente. Mi hanno risposto che erano spiacenti solo dopo il check out. Aria condizionata solo in camera e poco funzionante. Nell'annuncio e nelle domande si dice che c'e' tutto il necessario per prepararsi la colazione a buffet da soli ma mettono a disposizione solo bustine the e caffe. Terzo piano senza ascensore.
