Lokalizacja, wyposażenie, sklep przy obiekcie, przystanek autobusowy pod oknem, do przystanku kolejowego 10 minut spacerem. Restauracja w zasięgu wzroku. W dniu przyjazdu została naprawiona ekspresowo klimatyzacja i działała bez zarzutu do końca pobytu.
Byliśmy w 4 osoby i korzystaliśmy z rozkładanej kanapy w salonie. Kanapa do wymiany na coś lepszego bo materac był tak niewygodny że rano budziliśmy się cali obolali.

L'appartamento era pulitissimo e organizzato in maniera impeccabile
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo è il parcheggio ma giustamente al centro di Ostia Antica ci puo stare, comunque sotto casa puoi trovare un ristorante molto tipico e una gelateria, un bancomat e un bar
