In an excellent location to visit Ostia Antica Archeological site. We took advantage of their transfer service from FCO airport which made life easy ( this is an extra cost )

De locatie! Ideaal om Rome te bezoeken - 20 minuten metro op wandelafstand (5min). Ook het archeologisch park 'Ostia Antica' op 3min. afstand. Restaurant, supermarkt, apotheek als gebuur. Aan de overkant het prachtige kasteel van Paus Julius II, gelegen in een autovrije rustige wijk met restaurantjes en veel poezen. Gelateria en nachtwinkel vlakbij. Ook het strand is gemakkelijk bereikbaar : de bus stopt voor de deur en ook de metro rijdt erheen. Zeer vriendelijke host die je ook komt ophalen aan de luchthaven.

* There was a driver associated with the apartment and it was an nice extra feature although we didn't need his services
* It's a short drive from the airport
* Apartment is located well if you want to visit the ancient Roman sites nearby
* We needed 2 rooms and the one room (kitchen with a sofa bed) was very noisy at night from the traffic.
* There was no linen for the second bed
* Cleanliness was mediocre at best.
* Beds are uncomfortable
* Not enough hot water or water heater is lacking capacity = cold bath
* For the price you are better of just booking a regular hotel
