Gorgeous little apartment, had everything we needed, location is fabulous, quiet little street, 5 minute walk to old town, nice boutique stores in surrounding area, host Francesco was amazing, organised some food and drinks upon our arrival, waited for us to arrive and had a parking spot right in front of the apartment for us. Apartment was clean, very comfortable, microwave, coffee machine, a room just for our luggage, we really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend

The property is well situated in Monopoli. It was easy to walk to public transportation and all that Monopoli has to offer. The unit was quiet and located very close to an excellent coffee/pastry shop. The host was excellent and was very helpful with all questions and requests. I would stay here again on a return trip to Monopoli.
The bathroom had an odor of dampness all the time.

Location and how clean it was
It would have been helpful to have had somewhere to hang a few of our clothes. The memory foam pillows were too hard for us - although I appreciate everyone probably has different preferences

Brand new, well thought out design. Beautifully renovated. Everything you need for a stay in monopoli. Location perfect, managed to find free parking close by and minutes to old town. Host was great, instructions for entry and all communication perfect.
We would stay again!
Bed was a little hard for us, but that is just our preference
