The property is well situated in Monopoli. It was easy to walk to public transportation and all that Monopoli has to offer. The unit was quiet and located very close to an excellent coffee/pastry shop. The host was excellent and was very helpful with all questions and requests. I would stay here again on a return trip to Monopoli.
The bathroom had an odor of dampness all the time.

Location and how clean it was
It would have been helpful to have had somewhere to hang a few of our clothes. The memory foam pillows were too hard for us - although I appreciate everyone probably has different preferences

Brand new, well thought out design. Beautifully renovated. Everything you need for a stay in monopoli. Location perfect, managed to find free parking close by and minutes to old town. Host was great, instructions for entry and all communication perfect.
We would stay again!
Bed was a little hard for us, but that is just our preference

La habitación se ve nueva, tal cual las fotos
Los colchones de las dos camas muy incómodos, no hay una cortina que tape la luz de una de las ventanas, el sistema de calefacción no funciona bien, tuvimos frio la primera noche, nos quedamos sin agua caliente, no alcanza para 4 personas, la habitación no es insonora, se escuchan ruido de la parte alta y de la parte de afuera toda la noche.
