The property was excellent as was the location very close to Centro storico. Helpful host. There are a few stairs to the property, total 35, with last two levels very steep. Recommend planning in advance to take less luggage up to the apartment. We took2 small carry ons / hand luggage only and had to leave large suitcases in rental car for 2-night stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Well appointed furnishings and lovely decor.
Water pressure in the shower was not good.

Very steep stairs to the second floor. Parking not so close.

Great location just outside old town. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet location. The photos do not do this apartment justice. It is very roomy and comfortable. We have toured Italy for the last month and Casa Carlotto has been the best. Owner/manager was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
