The owner gave us a code. It was pretty straightforward and simple. Entry into the place into a small plaza and up 3 flights of stairs to place. Had lots of coffee and snacks preloaded in the apartment. The AC works GREAT.
The stairs are a lot, but we knew in advance. Free Parking is quite a ways outside of the centro storico so just be prepared for a 10-15 minute walk to the apartment.
