Lots! Traditional stone ceilings with lots of modern facilities. Air conditioning was fantastic - especially in the middle of a heatwave. Powerful shower and a separate toilet/sink area. A surprise second kitchen upstairs with a fantastic balcony. Monogrammed sheets & towels add a real sense of luxury to the stay. It was also the comfiest sofa bed our child has slept on so far! We visited during an open air festival and we had the joy of having our dinner on the balcony with a glass of rose listening to a live band! The flat is a 10min walk from the beach and centre of town. A simple key code & card for electricity made access easy and safe. We also managed to park just outside the apartment. We would highly recommend staying here if in Monopoli. Antonio was really helpful - letting us know about the free festival as well as great food recommendations (Pizzeria il Quadrifoglio is not to be missed)!

It was a lovely property, in an ideal location for exploring Monopoli. Walking distance to all the main areas and had free on street parking. Antonio was very helpful and easy to contact. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Received access code in advance. Very easy way to get into this property.
The kitchen upstairs gets very hot during the day and there is no air conditioner nor a fan in that part of the apartment.
