Appartement spacieux, avec la climatisation et très bien placé. Pas de nuisances sonores le soir malgré les bars à proximité. Facile d’échanger avec Sigolene, qui est disponible dès que nécessaire.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel pour visiter Marseille, proximité avec l’ensemble des lieux de sorties dynamiques et des services. L’appartement est spacieux, conforme à la description, la température parfaite. Il est bien équipé, propre et confortable, bien isolé. La communication était idéale.
Si on doit trouver des défauts en voici deux : les parties communes sont très austères & la petite contrainte de devoir aller chercher les clés dans un hôtel à proximité. À terme de petite amélioration comme de la lingerie supplémentaire, du papier ou encore de l’eau ou quelques montées en gamme d’équipements.

Super emplacement, dans un quartier super animé, sur le vieux port. Et pourtant très tranquille la nuit. Appartement assez grand, et confortable.
Les corridors de l'immeuble sont horribles et sales ! Heureusement que ce n'est pas le cas de l'appartement
