Perfect location, stylish design and a lot of light in the flat

The flat looks better in the photos than it does in reality. The apartment felt somewhat worn, with several maintenance issues such as a broken toilet seat, a broken knob on the rubbish bin lid, a non-functioning light switch near the stairs to the bed, and a dirty sofa blanket. The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness and pest control. I saw cockroaches in the flat on three separate occasions — twice in the bathroom and once (a small one) in the living room — which made me uncomfortable and anxious for the rest of the stay. The location is very convenient and close to the city center and restaurants, but it is also extremely noisy at night. There was loud music and people talking outside until around 1 a.m., which made me wake up every night.

Top locatie. Vergeet bij vertrek niet de sleutels uit de binnenkant van het slot te halen, je kan dan namelijk de deur niet meer open doen. Gelukkig hadden de eigenaren hier begrip voor.

De bank zit slecht maar er kan wel iemand prima op slapen want de zitting is heel breed maar doorom zit deze bank slecht.

Lage sehr gut um die Stadt zu Fuß zu entdecken aber belebt bis morgens um 6

Das Bett ist auf einer Empore knapp unter der Decke mit Balken vor der Nase Maxi 1.60 m zum stehen, kein Geländer neben dem Bett offen bis zum Boden, er so etwas mag ja aber bitte vorher Informieren
