Studio agréable, original, propre et vraiment très bien aménagé.
Nous avions choisi ce logement pour sa terrasse et son cadre naturel et paisible. Il s’agit en réalité d’un studio en rez-de-chaussée dans une résidence. Ce dernier est situé près d'un parking avec un petit passage pour les résidents en face de la porte-fenêtre (studio sans terrasse). À l’arrivée, un problème avec le chauffe-eau est survenu, mais il a été rapidement réglé. Enfin, une odeur assez forte de produit d’entretien a persisté toute la soirée malgré l’aération du studio.

Logement original comme un cocon. Très jolie et propre. Nous avons adoré Collioure avec ses maisons colorés, ses plages et ses très bons restaurants. Merci pour la réactivité du service, tout était parfait.

La situation du logement
Les travaux très bruyant dans l'appartement au dessus de notre logement. Pas de télévision, non annoncé. L'armoire vétuste dégageant une forte odeur de vieux, impossible d'y ranger nos vêtements. Pas de VMC dans la salle de bain, pas de poubelle de salle de bain. Photo trompeuse montrant un balcon qui n'existe plus. Climatisation qui souffle en plein sur le lit très inconfortable.
