The Woodlands Cottages are so cute and quirky. Nicely planned and great idea. The Cottage was nicely hidden in the bush and has everything you need, except Coffee or Tea. Can buy from the reception if you find the staff, that was still training and didn't really know where things are yet. This place could be magical with some more effort but for now an average stay for the price and quite a bit out of town.
Staff not very well trained about the place. Paying R950 per night you would expect maybe some coffee, tea, milk or a biscuit in your room as a complimentary standard. Even though there's a restaurant on site, not open in the mornings for breakfast or proper coffee, would have been a bonus if available. So much potential and room for improvements. Also some of the local workers children was running around naked in the games room, maybe a bit inappropriate.
