Beautiful view of the town and sea through walls of glass. Good use of the large space with nice indoor braai.
The mattresses are rock hard. No “give” at all. One of us chose to rather sleep on the couch. 😟

The room is already spacious but by adding the massive glass sliding doors it made it feel even more spacious.
The scent on entering the property - very refreshing.

Option of accessing good restaurants and shops nearby. (Could easily walk to them).
A suggestion: maybe to have an electric gate closing in the property and car parking area to separate from the road somewhat.

Location and size of room
Written communication was confusing in that the address for key collection was in another road and there was no signage We found another traveler with similar confusion. The guests above us made a lot of noise.

Well located for the Kareiga river, beaches and the high street. Check In / Out staff and the cleaning team were very helpful and friendly.
The noise from the construction site next door (just one of those things and will likely conclude in a couple of months). The downstairs room we stayed in did not have any black out curtains so it was a case of waking with the sunrise. The other downstairs room did so perhaps just being cleaned.
