The property was good but it wasn’t visible.It didn’t show that it was a BnB

Unfortunately we arrived after dark, which I indicated when I did the booking. To start off I was frustrated, the street that the guesthouse is in, has a very unusual numbering format. Number 16 is at the top of the road on the right hand side and number 15 (the guesthouse) is 2 blocks further down on the left hand side. A car was parked in front of the number, it took us a while to find the place. I am not blaming the guest house for it, but I would almost mention it to people when on their way - it would minimize frustration.
I sent a message when we left, as we left quite early in the morning to say we had left and the key was inside the unit - no acknowledgement was received, not even later in the day.
These might seem silly little things but to some people it does matter.

Wooden stair at bottom of stairs was broken. Was a little worried others could break.
