Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The location is prime as it is easy to access in Cape road. We also loved that we were able to get rooms at night as we were driving from the Western Cape. Excellent facilities

I like everything about the AA Guest house and what I love the most is the heat pool
the receptionist is a nice lady she show me the room and I said to her I wish to get the one that is going to have separate room inside because my kids are a bit old and she change it for me our stay was the best and thanks to her.
I swim at night so when I want to shower after the was no hot water and I called the lady on the reception she came and gave me the keys to go and shower to the other alternative bathroom but when we wake up in the morning the hot water were back in our room so we didn't have to go a long way to bath.

The accommodation and the night staff that checked us in were wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The night staff accommodated our late check in.
We were not notified beforehand that 3 rooms would be sufficient to accommodate our party. When we cancelled 2 of the other rooms and asked for a refund, it was initially approved and then the next morning declined. Also, when I booked it was clearly stated that there would be no cancellation penalties. The receptionist in the morning was very rude and aggressive.
