The accommodation and the night staff that checked us in were wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The night staff accommodated our late check in.
We were not notified beforehand that 3 rooms would be sufficient to accommodate our party. When we cancelled 2 of the other rooms and asked for a refund, it was initially approved and then the next morning declined. Also, when I booked it was clearly stated that there would be no cancellation penalties. The receptionist in the morning was very rude and aggressive.
