Lavender-Ryan spacious apartment for live and work in heart of Athens

Todo estaba limpio, cómodo, con los servicios básicos bien mantenidos. Me ha parecido un gran alojamiento calidad precio, cerca a pie del centro de la ciudad. La anfitriona muy amable.

Nada, todo muy correcto, cómodo y limpio. Repetiría!

L'appartamento è grande e si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione metropolitana. Nei paraggi ci sono diversi negozietti per effettuare acquisti. Mai visto l'Host di persona ma la comunicazione è funzionata perfettamente; tutto è stato indicato chiaramente nei messaggi ricevuti.

L'interno dell'appartamento è bello ma l'esterno del palazzo è un po' degradato (fenomeno comunque molto comune ad Atene). Quello che ci ha dato più fastidio è la mancanza di una tapparella (poiché rotta) in una camera da letto. Anche il fatto che la carta da gabinetto si doveva buttare nel cestino ci ha dato un po' fastidio ma questo è perché non siamo affatto abituati a questa modalità. Da quello che abbiamo appreso è però dovuto allo stato delle canalizzazioni della città e non ne può nulla l'Host.

1) The host and cleaning lady were very friendly. We appreciate getting early check-in. On the first two days, the water heater had broken and no hot shower. We felt smelly and disgusting! However, they had been trying their best to get the technician to fix it. 2) The entire apartment was clean and spacious for our group, 4 people. 3) The beds were firm and comfortable to our preference. 4) Large fridge, user friendly oven, a kettle and enough tableware supplied for 4 people. 5) Convenient location. About 8-min walk to Biktoria metro station and 11-min walk to Larissis station where the Meteora Bus Tours meet passengers. 6) Many local mini-marts open until midnight in the surrounding area. A large supermarket near the Larissis. 7) Has an elevator to access the unit on the 5th floor. 8) Loved hang-to-dry clothes under the sun in the balcony. 9) Washing machine available but we did not use it. 10) Clean bathroom with big shower area. 11) Building entrance door is locked at night, after 10 pm. Entry and exit require the key. We feel safe. (We took videos of the unit but not pictures

1) The building lobby and hallways were very dark, even during daytime. 2) Extremely tiny elevator. Max fit 3 people only, no backpack/luggage. 3) Pots and cookware were very small. Therefore, maximum good for 4 people. 4) Only one portable heater was supplied. Comforters were thin and the cover sheet was too small in the double bed. We had cold nights in the first few days!

L'emplacement près du métro Larissa et à 40 minutes de marche de l'Acropole et de Plaka. Laveuse et sèchoir utiles.

La climatisation était limitée à la cuisine et au salon, pas dans les chambres à coucher. Manquait de la litterie pour le divan lit à notre arrivée. Les serviettes pourraient être renouvelées. L'écran pour offrir de la noirceur dans notre chambre à coucher était coincé ouvert, donc éveil tôt le matin par la clartée.
