Lake Atitlán Panorama Chalets

We loved staying here we extended and stayed for and additional week. The view is amazing and has wonderful areas to sit and relax to see the lake. The The cabin is well equipped with all amenities, hot shower, comfy beds and a stocked kitchen. We would like to thank Brieuc for having us and for all extra his help with our trip.

We loved everything ✨ We really enjoyed walking on the trail to the cabin and stairs but be aware that if you are a elderly or have a disability it is a climb. He has Yurts available that are bit closer that we also stayed in :)

An absolutely unforgettable stay! Beautiful chalet with an incredible view which is amazing to wake up to. The owner offered for us to use his washing machine to do laundry which was an added bonus. The walk to the chalet is an easy 15 minutes and very worth it. If you need, you can call Nicholas to carry your suitcases and show you the route.

Not a negative as such, but before your stay make sure you have received and read the Chalet Guide PDF from the manager, and that you get the link to a YouTube video. Both of which show you the route to the chalet step by step which makes finding it even easier.

The Chalet is very isolated. After picking a tuk tuk to the top of the hill then we have to walk through nature around 20 minutes. At night a little bit scary, must have a lamp. But worthwhile. You can pay tuk tuk around Q50/60 to take you the heaviest luggage (owner gives contact) We were very happy not to know in advance about this 20m walk. Because when you arrive Chalet you are astonished with the Chalet itself and with the magnificient view.

La vista , y que es espacioso.

La casa si es tal cual se ve en fotos , es bastante amplia y tiene unas vistas bellísimas , pero lo que no te dicen es : llega muy poca agua para ducharte , los inodoros son inodoros secos donde los desechos caen en un estañón roto , y hay que está echando aserrin cuando se hace del 2 (el sentadero un poco normal, pero es algo incómodo para limpiarse y queda muy alto para niños) , la instalación eléctrica de toda la casa está hecha con solo un cable , el cual está recalentado , lo que provoca que se apague todas las luces y tengas que andar con la luz del celular toda la noche (se le avisó al dueño y al encargado y ninguno respondió) obviamente porque saben que no pueden hacer nada , entonces es bastante incómodo pasar la noche y querer compartir en familia sin luz , además de tratar de dormir pensando que la casa en cualquier momento prende fuego por la mala instalación eléctrica .
