It was really bad

It felt like sleeping right on the highway—the traffic noise was constant, and the ventilation didn’t work. The check-in process and lock system were unnecessarily complicated. The parking is also misleading: it’s in a public park and only private between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Not value for money.

Nice stone building surrouned by a park . Free parking within the premises.

Very poor hotel management , highly ovepriced. Even though I booked a suite , the room I got was just an average room with a big bathroom. In order to check in and check out I had to walk to another hotel 200m away. Front staff not fluent in English , difficult to commuicate. The aircon was not working , so the room was hot and stuffy. They say it is in front of the beach , but it is actually in front of the main street (which you have to cross to get to the beach) , thus very noisy until late in the evening. It's the Riviera you pay for , not the room.

Stay was ok except for the fridge, safe and coffee maker issues

In a good location near to the beach. Lady on Reception was very helpful.

Schön renovierte und saubere Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Sehr hübsches historisches Gebäude mit coolem Aussenbereich in wunderschönem Park. Frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück im Haupthaus.

Der Empfang war eher frostig. Allgemein könnte die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft verbessert werden. Achtung bei der Zimmerbuchung: Auf der Bildreihe sind jeweils alle Suiten gezeigt. Bei der Buchung bekommt man dann vielleicht nicht die Suite mit dem Türmchen, auch wenn diese im Bild gezeigt wurde...

Superbe suite avec un emplacement idéal. Belle adresse, on conseille absolument.

Superbe suite dans un bâtiment exceptionnel au milieu d’un parc et à deux minutes à pied du centre animé d’Arenzano. La suite est complètement refaite à neuf avec des matériaux de grande qualité et avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est super confortable. Une belle adresse à retenir sur Arenzano. Parking privé et sécurisé. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris à l’hôtel Ena à deux minutes à pied (service que nous n’avons pas utilisé).

Ottimo soggiorno

Camera molto bella, pulita, luminosa. Bagno molto spazioso e dotato di tutto così come la camera. Posizione molto bella di fronte al mare e con alle spalle l'omonimo parco. Ottima l'aria condizionata e canali tv in streaming. Bene la possibilità di parcheggiare.

La reception non è nella struttura ma in un hotel a dire il vero molto vicino. La camera non ha le luci per la lettura ma solo quella ambientale. La camera tecnicamente, benchè molto bella, non può essere definita una suite (perlomeno la nostra denominata Carducci). Sarebbe interessante poter avere la colazione in struttura (e non nel vicino hotel e comunque opzionale)

Aussergewöhnliches, wunderschönes Hotel perfekt für Paare oder Freundinnen.

Das Hotel und der anschliessende öffentliche Park sind ein traumhafter Ort. Wir hatten ein bequemes Bett, ein schönes Badezimmer mit Regendusche und eine gedeckte Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Den Meerblick hatten wir auch direkt aus dem Bett, was spektakulär war. Wir haben uns wie richtige Prinzessinnen gefühlt in unserem Schlossturm 👸🏼👸🏻 Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es sehr weiterempfehlen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Eigentlich nichts! Man sollte einfach wissen, dass das Hotel direkt an der Strasse liegt und man den Verkehr (vorallem auch morgens) hört. Dafür ist man direkt am Strand und in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt den Restaurants. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber trotzdem perfekt mit dem Meerblick aus dem Bett in der aussergewöhnlichen, schlossähnlichen Unterkunft. Es war ein sehr tolles und aussergewöhnliches Hotel und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Zimmerausstattung war ok

sehr hoher Lärmpegel, da Zimmer an sehr befahrener Strasse gelegen ist und die Fenster keinen Lärmschutz hatten.

La struttura era molto bella: una bella ristrutturazione elegante di una villa all’interno di un parco Camera pulita, grande, elegante e appena ristrutturata Colazione in camera con cestino da picnic favoloso La reception è in un albergo adiacente con personale molto gentile

La posizione era adiacente al mare, con vista molto bella, ma c’era la stradone di passaggio davanti che rovinava un po’ la situazione.. comunque non rumoroso

Alles was man braucht an bester Lage!

Villa Conte: Schönes Bad, schönes Schlafzimmer, super Lage mit super Aussicht, wunderschönes Gebäude und privat Parkplatz.

Es war ziemlich lärmig (Strassenlärm und Taubenabschreckungs-Gepipe).

Bel emplacement, architecture intéressante, mais pas de service.

L'architecture de l'hôtel avec son petit côté ''château fort'' et le parc situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel : Beaucoup de cachet. Très dépaysant et original. Contraste total avec le bord de mer. Bel emplacement et parking gratuit dans le parc. Curieux choix d'aménagement et de couleur dans les chambres mais après tout, pourquoi pas ! Nous avons eu du mauvais temps, le charme doit être complet lorsqu'il fait beau.

L'absence totale d'indication pour accéder à l'hôtel et rentrer dans le parc. Il faut en fait aller chercher le badge d'accès dans un autre hôtel situé à environ 250 mètres mais rien n'est précisé sur place. Il faut appelé et les explications sont assez confuses (maison jaune avec escalier ! oui mais il y en a plusieurs dans la rue ;-) ). Il suffirait juste de donner des indications précises et un petit plan affiché à l'entrée serait très utile. Toute petite critique sur la literie : bien que tout à fait propre, elle n'est pas très confortable.
