small standard rooms in apartment-block, not what you would expect
The more or less only good thing on this rooms: they are directly above a wonderful cafe, where you get coffee and cookies already early in the morning. The rest is clean standard, but quite boring and - when you look on the photos - not what you would expect.
The photos look nice, the reality is completely different, not bad, but different. The apartments are in a more or less modern apartment-block on the second floor, small, clean but without any flair or charm, without terrace. just a small room with double bed, a wardrobe and bathroom. like a hotel-room with really awful bright white light.

Don't get tempted by the price: it isn't worth it
Price. Helpful staff.
The place is very rumorous, noisy and close to the main road: you can hear all the sounds from the streets and from the neighbors (and I don't know any Italian speaking silently). The appartment wasn't really clean. Before you decide to put anything of the table or the bedside cabinets, you better clean them by yourself. In the room, the smell of cigarettes was very strong. It was impossible to find a parking place nearby but the host was helpful and showed us how to get to a free parking near a church.

Presenza di muffa sia in camera che in bagno con relativo odore sgradevole in stanza, si è dormito con le finestre aperte. Allagamento della stanza durante la notte. Mancanza di cambio di asciugamani e di detergenti. Impossibilità di fare la doccia, flessibile della doccetta rotto. Asse del wc rotto. Materasso devastante per la schiena. Insonorizzazione completamente assente: i serramenti sono con un solo vetro. Dopo l'allargamento notturno avremmo gradito un servizio di cortesia almeno con un caffè offerto. Per la struttura che è, reputo 25,00 a notte a persona un prezzo fin troppo alto. Gradita la presenza dei pavoni.

La chambre est située dans une résidence moderne ,la salle de bain est bien,le lit laissait à désirer,matelas à resorts couverture trop courte, chauffage éteint (j'ai tourné le robinet pour que l'eau chaude chauffe le radiateur mais celui-ci est sous dimentionné pour la pièce et nous avons eu froid toute la nuit. Ceci dit ayant payé 45 Euros pour la nuit c'est difficile de critiquer. Nous nous rendions de Marseille à Abano terme dans le Veneto c'est pourquoi nous avons fait étape à Arenzano.(800km).

La posizione è ottima, vicino ad un parcheggio e a piedi dal lungomare.
Le camere sono molto piccole e tutte ricavate da un appartamento facendo, probabilmente, muri divisori in cartongesso. Questo fa sì che si senta ogni respiro di chi vive accanto e se avete la sfortuna, come noi, di trovare persone poco educate, diventa difficile dormire. Il letto è particolarmente scomodo, di pessima qualità. Il check-in così tardi può essere un problema organizzativo (l’orario viene comunque specificato nella pagina, in chiaro)

Struttura essenziale, senza particolari elementi distintivi. La camera era pulita, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è risultata piuttosto basica. La posizione è comoda per muoversi a piedi nel paese. Il personale è stato corretto nelle interazioni. Nel complesso un soggiorno funzionale, adatto a chi non ha particolari aspettative e cerca una soluzione semplice per dormire.
Servizi molto essenziali, con poche dotazioni rispetto alle aspettative. Comfort generale limitato, soprattutto per soggiorni di più notti. Isolamento acustico migliorabile, che può incidere sulla qualità del riposo. Ambienti un po’ datati, con arredi funzionali ma poco curati. Mancanza di elementi distintivi che rendano il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.
