The accommodation was balanced between pros and cons but the lack of air con was the main problem

Location was great, staff were very helpful. The bathroom facilities were good.

The air conditioning didn’t work for our stay despite it being a main feature of what attracted us. The staff did everything they could to relieve this with fans which helped. The breakfast was limited.

I was welcomed by the friendly staff, who gave me lots of practical information about the village. Spacious and clean room. Ideal location!

The breakfast could have been improved, and quite restrictive that it is necessary to say from the day before, at what time we want to have breakfast the next day. It would have been easier to have a buffet available from 7:00 to 10:30 for example. And I think there could have been a kettle and a coffee machine available if during the day we want a coffee or herbal tea.

Nice stay for a few nights in good location and close to the beach

Great location, easy check in, friendly and helpful staff

Air conditioning didn’t work and breakfast was nice but felt awkward sharing a table with other people who didn’t speak the same language and you didn’t know so maybe a radio or quiet background music may be an idea to break the silence

The lady taking care of checkin/out was great. She helped us on everything. Easy parking. Good wifi.

In March 2021 with covid measures the accomodation did not put in place features to make life easier for guest. The b&b is in an apartments building.

Pleasant

We booked the room because it said to have a kitchen. They closed it due to covid19 but didn't mentioned it in the description. Just croissant and foccaccia for breakfast every day, nice for 1 day but not a whole week, very basic stay. It was kind of awkward to be stared at during breakfast by the staff.

Tutto a portata di mano

Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro, attraversando la strada c’è un supermercato comodissimo e si è in pieno centro. In 2 min si arriva al mare, davvero fantastico! L’appartamento è nuovo, l’host è super disponibile e gentile, ottima accoglienza. Camera grande e spaziosa, balconcino vivibile, bagno grande pulito e ordinato. Anche la colazione è ottima, davvero una piccola chicca questa camera! Super consigliato

Situazione parcheggi un po’ tragica, ma d’altronde in Liguria questa si ci aspetta! Girando un po’ un posticino si trova, anche sulle strisce bianche.

Nao ter frigorifico e quando pedi agua no pequeno almoço a senhora deu-nos agua da torneira. Pequeno almoço muito limitado, nao tinha quase nada! O elevador do predio funciona, mas para o primeiro piso nao, achei estranho esse sistema e mau.

Mitten im Ort und doch ruhig

Kleines Zimmer (Zweibettzimmer) mit sehr modernem, großem Bad und elektronisch geregelter Klimaanlage (nicht abschaltbar, aber ok auch in der Nacht - Frühstück war zwei von drei Nächten wegen der frühen Startzeit des „Mare e Monti“ nicht möglich- die sehr freundliche Chefin gab uns aber Utensilien für das Frühstück mit ins Zimmer - ergänzt wurde dies durch Produkte aus dem Supermarkt, der direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft liegt - am dritten Tag dann frische und noch warme Croissants, die Chefin macht und serviert selbst den Kaffee - bequeme Betten - großer und liebevoll eingerichteter Gemeinschaftsraum für alle vier Zimmer - ideale Lage, da nah am Meer und der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Struttura molto ben curata, camera luminosa e spaziosa. Bagno grande e ben realizzato. Buona la colazione e proprietaria molto gentile. Posizione ottima a meno di 100 metri dal lungomare con le sue spiagge e i ristoranti. Consigliato.
