Terrible

Nice view

It was falling apart and even had days without warm water and the telephone was never fixed! They booked a taxi for the airport 3 days ahead but 5 o’clock in the morning the receptionist said there was no taxi booked ! Almost missed the flights and was super expensive ! Pool was peeling of paint and sunbeds rented out ! One pool was closed and full of alges next to the breakfast terrase wich was attacked by seagulls every time you tried to eat ! Sunbeds at the beach was 150 for one day in gravel and outdated ! Many other things were absolutely not ok and I will never come back there again !

A good “3-star” hotel in an older condition, with friendly staff and a fine dining menu.

Restaurant has fine dining menu, and staff is astonishingly friendly. Location of the hotel is great. Suitable for weekend getaway, only.

Hotel furnishings are very old and broken. Very boring breakfast. Funicular which takes you to the beach is in a poor condition/disrepair and starts only from 8.00AM! Private beach is in poor condition as well. All the sun beds were apparently fully reserved, but over and over remained empty throughout the days.

Amazing sea view from the balcony & breakfast terrace.

Surprisigly lovely stay in this hotel with an amazing sea view - even breakfast on the terrace offers fantastic view. Great opportunity to plan a break here.

Lovely otel, which could be a super star with some refurbishment. Entry/ reception vbery spacious, but not that inviting. Nevertheless, the view outsets all other small details.

Only thing my wife would have liked was a hair dryer in the room. Pool water was lovely and clean although the main pool could have done with a vacuum as there was quite a lot of sediment on the bottom

-Beautiful hotel and the funicolare worked every time we used it. -Clean and nice room with great view from the balcony. -Tasty breakfast with different selection. -Most of the staff was helpful and polite (the front desk staff was especially helpful). -We had dinner at the restaurant, good food, a bit expensive but the mood at the restaurant was excellent (very friendly waitress serving us and a man playing nice saxophone music on the floor above us, by the big pool).

-It is a bit confusing to get from here to there inside the hotel (and there are a lot of stairs). -Spider webs by the funicolare. -We experienced stiffness from a few staff members but most of them were very nice. -The pizza we got at the bar by the big pool was not tasty.

Magnificent views

The area, the hotel was amazing and the continental breakfast was perfect with all you need. A good selection of menu, a big swimming pool with great sunbathing facilities. The balcony was amazing. We loved the lift going down to the beach.

It was a little difficult getting hot water out of the shower. The room door was difficult to open from the outside. There were lots of steps inside the hotel but it was fine for us. Although the rooms and public areas were immaculately clean, the stains on the carpets degraded the place a bit.

Great place, nice people, nice pool - Beach was ok - too much rocks.

Everything was fine, but,, We had selected this one because of the beach, pool and a gym. The gym was in construction and was not able to use, without communication via mail or Booking. The beach for 2 persons cost 39Euro without communication - 2 days beache 76euro is too much. and again without communication

Thé staff were helpful but not multilingual the location of the property is what sells it the pictures on the website is deceiving the hotel needs upgrading definitely not value for money. The TV in the bedroom was only in Italian for a 4 star hotel ??? The restaurant had no air condition and in this heat you can imagine also very poor selection of options.

Exceptional

The hotel is really nice, well placed and enjoys a perfect view from the room, the pool and the restaurant. We ate at the restaurent one night and it was fairely nice. The staff is really nice and friendly. If you’re choosing this hotel you need to know one thing, it has many stairs as it’s build on different floors but you can find a way for a baby stroller but I don’t think that it can be a good idea for someone in a wheelchair.
