Nice place

We really liked the villa. We were a group of four adults and three children (a baby and two kids aged 4 and 5), and we had no trouble fitting in comfortably (one dad slept in the living room). The location is good, but having a car is necessary — everything is within a 5 to 30-minute drive (beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and the famous Sani Resort, which is just 5 minutes from the villa). What really sets this villa apart is the pleasant interior and the beautifully maintained greenery. There are actually two yards — one in the front and one in the back. The mornings were perfect. After waking up, I used to sit on the upper terrace and enjoy the peacefulness with birdsong in the background. We would definitely come again :)

Wonderful family stay in Chalkidiki

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa in Sani. The place is great for kids with a large outdoor space where they can run around. Nice BBQ area and outdoor dinning. The beds are comfortable and the space is very stylish decorated, like a boutique hotel. It’s close to the beach and very peaceful, you immediately feel like holiday. The host was very nice, easy and prompt communication, would def recommend.

Comfortable, stylish family villa in a gorgeous part of Chalkidiki

We absolutely loved our stay at this elegant villa! Both the villa and Sani are excellent for families with kids of all ages! Amenities cater for anything you could possibly need; the outer space is really nice, we are definitely coming back in the warmer months to fully enjoy it! It’s clear that someone has put a lot of effort and love into making it a stylish and comfortable place for everyone. Communication was very smooth and the landlord proactively gave us tips on things to do, places to eat etc. Till next time!

Sani Eclectic Villa

Curtea este fascinanta, cu multe plante frumoase si gazon, mult spatiu pentru copii sa se joace, seara dupa iesirea din oras se poate sta la relaxare pana tarziu pe terasa din fata unde te poti delecta cu o boutura rece, casa foarte bine compartimentata, living spatios si bucataria cu openspace, a fost super ok raportat la calitate-pret!

Au fost multi tantari si insecte😁, ca un sfat as recomanda gazdei sa apeleze la o firma de dezinsectie, iar un alt aspect e mai mult o sugestie decat o neplacere sau repros, baia de sus ar fi mult mai bine sa faca cabina de dus cu sticla, perdeaua e neplacuta cand faci dus, se lipeste de tine si nici nu este eficienta, curge multa apa pe langa cabina de dus!!! Astea sunt sugestii, nu reprosuri, cazarea a fost de nota 10!
