Very clean, bright, well maintained. The territory of the complex, walking paths and green parts and perfectly maintained

Inside property nothing. The complex, however is a bit tired, the facades are worn and need new plaster and paint.

Everything was nice and clean. The apartment is perfect value for the money. The beach and the restaurants are 1 minute walk. We are very satisfied with the apartment. The terrace was big enough for our group of four. The host is very nice and here for any questions. We will come back again for sure. Thank you!

Location is perfect. Dimas was very responsive. There was a cleaning lady once during our one week stay. and thst was also great. Dimas even brought us Raid, without our asking. Ir is quiet and peaceful, perfect for family with small kids.

Because we were traveling with a 4 month old, we were offered baby crib. I specifically asked if the crib is coming with the mattress, or if I should bring one along, and I was assured that it does. However there was just the frame of the crib and bottom eith the pools and a blamket instead of a mattress, so I couldn't use it. There are NO MOSQUITO NETS! Jusr on the ground floor bedroom, but no in the living room or other bedroom, which is so inconvenient, not just because of mosquitoes, but also other insects, which were plenty, due to flowers and trees that the building is surrounded with There was a huge cockroach in our bedroom one day, and it is really uncomfortable. There is oven but can't be used because there was no tray or even bars in the oven, it wa completely useless.When I aaked abput it, I was told that the previous guest broke it, and they ordered another tray but it will arrive after we leave.
