Situation géographique de l'appartement,
disponibilité de la propriétaire.
Equipements très convenable (même si il conviendrait de rajouter quelques casseroles...)
l'appart dans sa globalité est plutôt correct, mais il y a plusieurs petit éléments qui gâche la chose.
les moustiquaires sont déchiré par le bas, donc utilité relatif
pas de support murale pour le pommeau de douche, ce qui est gênant pour la plage, ou on prend 3 douche par jour...
le prix de l'appart est chère part rapport a sa proximité à la plage, surtout si on compare au même type d'appart dans les hôtels en face de la mère

Excellent apartment, super clean and comfy, large and with all necessary equipment. Enough place for parking. Peaceful. Very nice garden. Close to the beach, maybe 7-8 min by foot. Host is very, very, very polite and ready to help. We had a problem with a sick baby so we had to postpone a little our vacation, and it was no problem at all. If we come again in Siviri, this will be our only option for stay. My sincere recommendation.
