Modern, clean and spacious house.

Blinds didn’t work in bedrooms. They were down, but could not be changed to blockout side.

A beautifully large home, located in an estate that connects to the Pullman resort. The home has four bedrooms and two lounge rooms, a fabulously large kitchen and is only 5min walk to the pool. The main issues we had were that that the air con is turned off before you arrive, having stayed over a 30+ degree weekend and being a 3 storey home, the home took so long to cool down. Additionally one of the rooms air con vents did no work nor do it have a fan. This was not advised to us, a portable fan was placed in there but blew hot air, it even picked up the room temp at 26 which is very warm for sleeping. Another issue we had is we booked for 10 adults, all ages provided at booking and there were no beds for two adults, the sofa beds are not sofa beds. They have two one seated chairs in a couple of the rooms that you lay down like a single bed but it is designed for children. This was raised immediately on our arrival. The booking.com staff who responded to our enquires was lovely and whilst after our stay a portion was refunded for those two guests it was disappointing to not have the bedding as advertised as we had intentions to stay elsewhere that had the right bedding but chose this place over it. Lastly the roof top is lovely to sit out at night but not in the day, there is no shade. The house however is stunning, spacious and in a great spot. The pool is not as large as it seems but was very nice, the beach is also walking distance however the walk back up the sand is quite an effort, the sand is very soft like quick sand, even the ocean was very rough, the waves were strong, and with the sand being so soft it was essentially dangerous to swim in so we just put our feet in and sat on the beach listening to the waves. A lovely place for families and friends but max 8 for comfort. Being a large home they could definitely add sofa beds, there is room for it, just a thought.
