We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. The seaside is only about 500 meters away, and Batumi is just a 25-minute drive, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The building is newly constructed, clean, modern, and well maintained.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during warmer days. The kitchen stove is extremely slow—even making a cup of tea can take around 30 minutes. Adding a few rugs would make the apartment feel warmer and more comfortable. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans, so the windows are left open for ventilation, which allows many flies to enter. Installing insect screens on the bathroom windows would solve this issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but at 600 GEL per night, we expected a better-equipped apartment. With a few improvements, this property could offer much better value for money.
