Welcome to your 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Tampa! 🏡 With a shared screened-in pool and covered parking, this home is perfect for families who value convenience and quality. It is a duplex-style property with a completely separate attached studio apartment*. Both have private entry/exits and separate parking. The attached studio apartment does not have access to the pool or grill area.
SHARED SPACE: Our property features a family-friendly rental* that shares access only to the pool and grill area. This rental has its own private entry/exit and parking. If you need to accommodate additional friends or family, you can rent this space in addition to your stay. Simply ask if it is available for your desired dates. This rental is the only other guest on the property with access to the pool.
MAINTENANCE CAMPER: Next to the Studio Apartment* is our maintenance camper, which does not have access to the pool or grill area. During your stay, we offer the following services:
- Additional cleaning during your stay: $50

Host never reached out to us regarding anything which I thought was strange. the property itself was great and we enjoyed the stay. we watched movies and had a lot of fun so it was a great night-in. would recommend if you need a little getaway

The beds here were amazing. And the pillows and comforters were like clouds. The washer and dryer did not work which for us wasn’t a big deal but it could be for someone else. The pool was perfect and the house was clean and very cute! Definitely saving for future use.

We did not check in to the property. We were told property would be ready for check in later than advertised on the day of check in and had poor communication with host when trying to cancel due to late check in
