Ideal location if you like to walk from the door. We only used the car twice in the week! Well equipped cottage with everything you could need. Pleasant views from the lounge and terrace. We stayed with two lurchers, it worked well for us. We loved the short track leading to Hawkshead from Roger Ground it made shopping in the village very easy.
The parking can be tricky as you rely on the drive of the cottage next door to turn your car around. Ut is a narrow lane with no turning spaces.

Great location, the cottage is really well equipped and was clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The woodburner was an added bonus.
Bathroom window is very draughty/didn't seem to close properly, might need looked at to get repaired.

Really cozy accomodation. We got relocated here last minuet with booking.com as we were unable to stay at our original property. Really appreciated them letting us stay last minuet late at night! Fire is a nice touch. Has everything you'd want was perfect for what we needed.
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable didn't get much sleep. This accomodation would be a 10/10 with a comfier bed.
