This marvelous villa offered us an unforgettable experience and a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in Italian history. It is the perfect destination for history lovers; staying here feels like living inside a museum, rather than simply staying in a modern renovation within an old shell.
It was a sincere pleasure to meet the owner, and we want to express our deepest gratitude for their incredible hospitality. The location is excellent for exploring the region via public transport; buses run regularly until late, making Venice only 30 minutes away and Padua about 40. The owner provided many wonderful recommendations for local gems.
We also enjoyed the convenient restaurant right in front of the villa and the local supermarkets in Mira. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—cooker, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, —and they even generously provided coffee for the duration of our week-long stay making our mornings just perfect.

Het is een super mooie, oude villa met veel historie waar de host Cesare ook graag over vertelde. Aan de andere kant van de weg zit een fantastische pizzeria en met veertig minuten sta je in hartje Venetië met een directe buslijn. Wij vonden het juist prettig om wat buiten Venetië in een dorpje te zitten waar we ook lekker naar de bakker konden voordat we Venetië in gingen.
Ik vond de ontvangst minder. Er was namelijk niemand en alles was volledig donker, waardoor het best griezelig overkwam, al helemaal omdat het zo oud en historisch is. Eenmaal binnen op de kamer was het oke, maar ik had een wat warmere ontvangst gewild. En ik heb nergens thee kunnen vinden, wel een waterkoker.

La posizione con la fermata dei bus comoda, lo staff cordiale e la struttura d’epoca con parcheggio privato.
La struttura va rinnovata. Poca acqua calda per la doccia, riscaldamento da scendere manualmente all’arrivo in camera con conseguente camera fredda.

La villa tiene un potencial enorme. Estilo veneciado muy bonito, pero le falta trabajo y acabado.
El estado general del interior, es decadente. Esto puede ser potencialmente bueno, si se cuidan los detalles, pero en el estado actual no volveria.
