We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and spacious with big, comfortable rooms. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Everything was very comfortable, convenient and clean. The location is great, bus stop for Venice is 2 minutes from the apartment. It takes 25 minutes to Piazzale Roma in Venice. The heating is great, there are also two additional air conditioning units for extra heating. The kitchen has all appliances available, including a dishwasher. The host is very kind.

Le logement correspond à la photo et très bien équipé ( machine à laver la vaisselle et linge …. ) . Le logements est très spacieux . L’accès au wifi et à netflex est un plus ! L’hôte nous a très bien accueilli et s’est montré disponible pour répondre à toute nos questions pratiques …. Il y a un supermarché accessible à pied à 1 km environ .
L’isolation du logement n’est pas top , en plus il n’est pas loin d’une avenue très passante ! Le bruit des voitures très tôt le matin est assez dérangeant ! L’éloignement de Venise est aussi un frein, même si l’arrêt de bus est juste à côté, suivant la circulation le trajet peut mettre entre une demi heure et une heure ( de même pour aller jusqu’à Padoue ). Il faut également prendre en compte le tarif des transports en communs 10 euros l’année retour pour mira si vous prenez le ticket dans le bus , un peu moins si vous achetez des cartes ( mais ce n’est pas compatible avec les pass journées venise bus et vaporetto que vous devez prendre si vous souhaitez visiter les îles aux alentours de Venise )
