Laguna Rosa with jacuzzi

Well furnished apartment. Good functioning A/C overall. The supermarket is really close to the apartment, which is really convenient. Very accessible free parking in front of the apartment. Nice view of the rosa lagoon from the upper terrace. Two private bedrooms with a shower each.

the property had an issue before our arrival, with a sick employee and the property had to take care of apartment preparation themselves before our arrival, so my review will take this unfortunate event into consideration. 1) Cleanliness should and must be improved. Apart from the employee health issue, the apartment needs some deep extraordinary cleaning. 2) some furniture is rundown and unkept. The outdoor furniture is especially unusable and seems like it has been abandoned outside for a long time without any protection. The chairs in the indoor launcher area are losing paint due to being constantly exposed to the hot sunlight. The upper terrace needs cleaning from birds feces traces. The wash machine needs deep cleaning since the first wash made our clothes stink of mold. 3) the first night I found a cockroach on the wall of the bathroom. It can happen when living in such a rural area, but I noticed the walls near the pipes had some huge crack from where cockroaches could climb in. I sealed them and never saw a cockroach again for 7 days, until last night I felt one climbing on my foot. I have no idea where it did come from but it was very unsettling. In general be prepared to deal with those creatures since we always saw a lot of them outdoors near the apartment at night.

The jacuzzi mostly, but the kitchen was all right, comfy sofa.

No cover for the door to block out light in the bedroom.

Loved location, saw gorgeous sunset at salt lake view point definitely check it out. Pictures just as shown, Felt like home away from home. The balcony at night was my favourite. The hot tub was fab, will definitely return.

Front door has no handle(key only), so be careful with wind as I got locked out. Was left 2 toilet rolls for 7 nights stay. Pillows in main bedroom we didn’t find comfortable .

Gospodarz zaopatrzył gości w zimną wodę, wino i przygotował niespodziankę dla dzieci. Apartament bardzo czysty, pachnący i super wyposażony. Brawa dla gospodarza za zaangażowanie i sumienność 🇪🇸👏
