About this house rental
A vacation home in Torrevieja, furnished with attention to detail and located right on the salt lake, with 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds each and one with a sleeper sofa) for up to 6 people.
Outdoor area completely renovated in 2024, featuring a fully covered area on the first floor with a
lounge set, and a sun terrace on the first floor with a grill, a dining area with new chairs and sun loungers/cushions/pergola.
Here you also have a fantastic panoramic view—wonderful to enjoy at sunset with a glass of wine!
- New air conditioning (cooling/heating), fireplace
- Living room with dining area for 6 people (extendable table) and a large couch.
2 smart TVs (1 in the living room + 1 in the bedroom, Netflix, internet, German channels), CD player, Wi-Fi.
- Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, separate oven, toaster, juicer, smoothie maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, new fridge/freezer, pizza oven, waffle maker, egg cooker, Tupperware, and so much more....
- Bathroom with a large shower, separate toilet, and washing machine.
Carport right next to the house, reserved for our guests!
You’ll be staying in a corner bungalow in the quiet Torreta 3 vacation community; most of the neighbors live here year-round.
There are many Germans here, but also Swedes, English, and Spaniards.
No mass tourism here—all around are small row bungalows and friendly neighbors!
A staircase leads from the covered patio to the large sun deck with lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the glorious sunshine,
or even a glass of wine at dusk.
It’s especially romantic when the sun sets and is reflected in the lake,
and you can also see the city lights in a panoramic view...
You can also enjoy wonderful walks around the lake in the nature reserve, where there’s plenty to discover.
Here, you can truly unwind...
There is a carport next to the house for your vehicle.
A 10-minute walk will take you to several small restaurants, as well as a small store that’s almost always open.
There’s a supermarket 1 km away, and 2 km away you’ll find a LIDL and the HABANERAS shopping center.
Buses run there every 30 minutes, including to the beaches.
The bus stop is across from the small restaurants, 10 minutes away.
There’s also a bike path from Torreta to the beach, which takes 20–30 minutes to reach.
