we were disappointed with the check in rep name Hernan, not welcoming, could not be bother to explain much about the use of facility in the house, like the toaster is not working , there were a crack on the kitchen window and there were workmen coming into the garden to measure up not mention and on the first night and the second night there were few cockroaches running around the kitchen floor and work top!
But, on the other hand, the check out rep name Enriquez was excellent, very friendly well mannered and helpful!! very nice gentle man.
